Minoru Mike's Menus
Several times a month, Dr. Mike Myckatyn's Minoru Medical Society hosts medical education seminars for doctors, nurses and other health professionals. A typical evening consists of a "Happy Half-Hour", a one-hour instructional session, and then the presentation of Jordan's Newest, Freshest and most Creative culinary ideas.
Over the past 6 years together, we have had a lot of fun tasting and testing our latest innovations. We thought it would also be interesting to you to bring these dishes to our website here, in "Mike's Menus".
We will post Mike's most recent menu, single out new items, and let you know how everybody liked it. We will also keep up a list of items that made the cut, and that will be available to you to add to your menus.
Fresh Seafood Cioppino (Fresh Red Snapper, Halibut, Salmon Fillet, Scallops, Prawns and Crabmeat) in a Tomato-based, Fennel-scented broth accented with Pernod and Fresh chopped Cilantro
*This was the featured dish at a recent meeting held at Robusto's in Steveston. The group gave rave reviews, and almost everyone had a second portion!
